Flavia Pennetta

Flavia Pennetta was born in Brindisi on February 25^th, 1982. She is the iconic woman for Italian tennis. Her several successes in singles and doubles have allowed her to reach the highest rankings, taking away the whim of conquering a Grand Slam in both singles and doubles and a Doubles Masters.

She has been successful also off the field, creating a splendid family with her husband Fabio Fognini and three amazing children. Whenever she has the chance, she returns to her homeland to which she is very bound, because it is her homeland and she can ride her horse Bucky and share with him as much time as possible.
